Cantu Comeback Next Day Curl Revitalizer Ingredients:

Water (aqua), glycerin, butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, olea europaea (olive) fruit oil, panthenol, polyquaternium-37, citric acid, phenoxyethanol, fragrance (parfum).

This water-based product contains glycerin, a natural moisturizer that occurs naturally in our skin. Glycerin is a humectant, meaning that it attracts water and absorbs it. It works best in environments that have moderate humidity, neither too dry or too humid. Personally, I have found that glycerin-containing products work best for me in the warmer months. In winter, they tend to dry out my hair.

How to Use the Cantu Comeback Next Day Curl Revitalizer

To use the Cantu curl refresh spray, follow these simple steps.

Separate your hair into manageable sections so you can apply the product evenly.
Spray the revitalizer onto your hand, and smooth it onto your palms.
Use your fingers to gently smooth the product through your hair using the “praying hands” method (smoothing your palms down the hair shaft).
Scrunch your curls upward to encourage their natural shape. If any curls still look frizzy, gently apply water and more product and finger coil them. You can also pin them with a bobby pin for 5 minutes to encourage their shape.
Allow your hair to air dry. If you’re in a hurry, use a diffuser attachment on a blow dryer (LINK)

In High Humidity: Apply a light coal. If your hair starts to frizz or swell from the humidity, follow up immediately by smoothing a tiny amount of a hair oil (like jojoba or argan oil) over your curls to seal out the excess moisture.
In Dry or Winter Climates: Mist your hair with a little bit of plain water before applying the revitalizer. This gives the glycerin in the product water to grab onto, so it won’t suck moisture out of the inside of your hair strand.
